The Rite of Spring - POSTPONED
Persephone, Persephone, Maiden of the Springtime! In this evening of magic and sensuality, four Spring Nymphs present hits from classical music, jazz standards and Latin American songs. The repertoire is performed by Sylvia Klein (Voice), Lauren Swan Edwards (Voice), Marcelo Kuna (Voice), and Constanza Ibarra Olalla (Piano).

On this night of Bossa and longing, the true Brazilian Myth was celebrated with a repertoire that encompasses his greatest hits, interpreted by Marcelo Kuna (Voice), Alexandre Lunardelli (Piano, Guitar), and Frederico Malverde (Cello) making a special guest appearance.
Unsterbliche Todeslieder
A musical celebration of death not as an end, but as transformation and rebirth. Songs in German, English, Latin, French and Brazilian Portuguese, performed by Sylvia Klein and Marcelo Kuna, with Kaja Polivaeva at the piano. The night was graced by Death as emcee, brought to departure by Stephen Bronk.
Unwürdiges Kabarett (Cabaret Indigno)
“Cabaret Indigno” is an encounter between artists from Cancioneiro Queer and the actress, singer and pianist from São Paulo, Cida Moreira. Transiting through an eclectic repertoire, which goes from classical to popular, this scenic-musical show was a tribute to the songbook consecrated by the Dama Indigna (“Unworthy Lady”, name of Cida’s 2010 album), as well as to the Brazilian music from different historical periods. Songs from Brazilian Popular Music, from the Brazilian Musical Theatre, from the German Cabarets of the Weimar Republic (1919-1933), as well as the Modinhas Imperiais (1831) by the Afro-Brazilian composer Lino José Nunes (1789-1847), among others, were presented in a cabaret format.
Cartas para Bernstein
Cartas para Bernstein (“Letters for Bernstein”) was a one-night concert in honour of the centennial of North American composer Leonard Bernstein (1918-1990). Considered by critics as a musical genius, he was one of the first American composers to achieve global prestige, besides being recognised as one of the greatest composers of the 20th century. His famous songs, as well as other less known ones, were interpreted by Marcelo Kuna (tenor), Raissa Brannt (soprano), Leo Mendonza (baritone), Cēo Souza (bass-baritone) Fred Natalino (piano and musical arrangements) and Fausto Borém (double bass).

The grand opening of the Fantabulous Bohemian Pad happened with this voluptuous commemoration of Valentine’s Day with songs by Cole Porter, Jacques Brel, Stephen Sondheim, and more, presented by the singers Sylvia Klein, Stephen Bronk, Marcelo Kuna, and the pianist Daan Dragt.

Cancionero Queer (Queer Songbook) is a scenic concert that includes songs from the classical and popular repertoire from Opera, Brazilian musical theatre, as well as songs from Broadway and Off Broadway, staged as a cabaret.
Bastião e Bastiana (Bastien und Bastienne) by W.A. Mozart // SESC Palladium (Operetta)
The operetta composed by a 12-year-old W. A. Mozart, Bastien und Bastienne had its Brazilian Portuguese version by Ana Taglianetti, who also directed, and musical direction from Maestro Charles Roussin, premiere on 14th, 15th and 16th July (Friday to Sunday) 2017, at the Grande Teatro SESC Palladium (Belo Horizonte, MG). With a short running time, around 50 minutes, this staging follows the desire to popularise the operatic style in Brazil, without the need for subtitles.
